Ordinarily, your teammates have no reason whatsoever to shout at you during a meeting. But once they have a contrary opinion to your ideas, they tend to raise their voice unconsciously.
However, it’s wrong to yell at each other during a meeting or brainstorming session. It doesn’t matter whether the person’s idea is bad; always address the issue calmly.
Whenever teammates resort to yelling at each other to be heard, there’s a serious communication breakdown. And it’s an indication that things are going south.

Let them know your observation about them and how it’s affecting the team. If you handle the conversation constructively, there will certainly be a behavioral change.

Most times, people’s facial expressions reveal how they feel. That’s why it’s one of the ways to know that your teammates aren’t in support of your ideas.
When you are brainstorming ideas with your team, it’s easier to know if they aren’t in support. They tend to show a negative facial expression indicating disapproval unconsciously.
As you discuss with your team members, observe their facial expressions to know if they are happy, sad, surprised, angry, confused, disgusted, fearful, contemptuous, or excited.
Try to study your teammates’ expressions during meetings, and watch out for any negative grimaces. Ask the person for suggestions.
